An Iron Lady

We saw her first time in our childhood. She was strange to us, as that time we were unaware of the fact that in this world there exist black people too. We tried to finish our confusion in front of our parents in a childish way

"why is she black colored?"

"She belongs to Bangladesh."

This answer plus the possibility that every black person means he is a resident of Bangladesh, remain engraved in our minds...

She left without a good bye

This isn’t a story, neither does it start with once upon a time. This is a lesson, a lesson I wish someone had taught me earlier.

We all got grandparents. Some of us cherish the idea of having them, some of us don’t bother visiting them, some of us are too busy in day to day activities of life and some of us are left in regret of not realising what we had, until its gone. I am one of the last category.

My grandma; lovely lady, grandma of not only her grand children but also of all the children of our area. She was one of those people who talked a lot and never got tired.

Treat Sick with Simple Food

In the Sahihain it is narrated that Ayesha R.A said when a relative of hers would die the women would gather on that occasion and would depart except for her family members and close associates. She would oder that milk soup be prepared. Than “sareed” would be made and she would pour milk soup on it. Ayesha R.A would then ask them to eat saying “I heard the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H saying:

“Milk soup brings relief to the heart of the sick and takes away some of the anguish”’

Milk soup, means the kind of soup that is similar to milk in consistency.
