INGREDIENTS:-

-         six leg piece  - one small onion  - one small potato  - four pieces of garlic  -  one green chilli    small piece of ginger  - two eggs  - salt according to taste  - crushed red chilli  - two table spoon corn flour  - four table spoon bread crumb.

DIRECTION:-

  • Apply deep cuts on leg pieces.

 

  • Cut the onion, potato, garlic, green chilli, and ginger into very small fine pieces.
  • Then mix all the vegetables in a bowl and add all the ingredients which are mentioned above.
  • Now take leg pieces one by one and dip it into the mixture nicely so that all the vegetables get attach to the leg piece nicely into its deep cuts.
  • On the other side heat up the oil.
  • When the oil is properly heated up, deep fry the leg pieces until they are golden brown and properly cooked.
    • Serve it with tomato ketchup and enjoy eating.
