Sometimes I used to ask her that why you
serve these retarded children who know
nothing. They cannot even thank you
and same is the case of ladies residing in
the old homes. They will curse you in the
end even though you serve them. Her
response was that thankful people get
many people
to
serve
them. These
unfor tunate
people
are
devoid
of
attention so I
feel pleasure
s e r v i n g
them. These
were some of
her hobbies
which
I
shared
but
above
all
these
she
had a dream for which she strived really
hard. She obtained her PhD degree from
MIT and her thesis entitled “Learning by
Imitation”. Youhearpeople saying that she
was a neurosurgeon or a nuclear physicist
but all these are rumors.Her expertisewas
the educational system of Pakistan. She
believed that Pakistan’s circumstances
can be changed only by revolutionizing
our educational system only. She was up
to the preparation of a curriculum which
could be easily comprehensible and
interesting both. She designed a syllabus
of ten years and showed it to me. I was
shocked to
see that there
was nothing
calledIslamic
S t u d i e s .
When I asked
her about the
reason she
said clearly
that Islam is
a complete
code of life
and nucleus
of
every
s u b j e c t .
When I saw
the details of the syllabus, I realized
that she coined it in a way that every
subject was an embodiment of Islam
and Quran. She believed that today’s
new innovations and researches are
not originally new rather they are
