 Dr.Aafia was illegally detained and subjected to torture in isolation before her
controversial conviction.
 Government of Pakistan should push for the freeing of Dr.Aafia.
 Dr.Aafia will never get justice in the prevalent American system.
 Dr.Aafia’s council is saddened by the fact that killer Raymond Davis was
pardoned in Pakistan but the innocent client is suffering in America.
 Dr.Aafia’s extradition and detention in America was illegal.
 I have never seen such a case in my career like Dr.Aafia Siddiqi who is
innocent Pakistani citizen facing physical and mental torture from past 10 years.
 Both the governments in Pakistan and US are responsible of Dr.Aafia case.
 Pakistani government should make a written demand to the Obama
administration for the release of
Dr.Aafia so she may release soon
and come to Pakistan.
 Aafia’s case in the US is required
to fulfil all the requirements of justice.
 It is our desire to ensure Aafia’s
release as soon as possible.
 If government of Pakistan wants,
Aafia may come to Pakistan in just 2 days.
 After the incident of 9/11,there are lots of injustice written and Aafia is just one
example of this terrible injustice done by American Government.

Former chief justice of Pakistan, Justice(rt) Saeed uz Zaman Siddiqi, while
expressing his views said that sentence to Dr. Aafia was murder of justice.He
said,’Enough is enough, chief justice of both countries would have to take suo
motto notice of the issue, so as to resolve it immediately.’ He asked Ramsey
Clark, ”Is it not voilation of international laws that a pakistani citizen was detained
from homeland and crime was claimed on her in Afghanistan after her abduction
from her homeland and then sentenced in the US.” Aafia is daughter of Pakistan.
She needs to be treated as such. According to international law, America has no
jurisdiction to try Aafia; the whole trial is a farce, mockery of justice. Abducting
